• Refreshments and food will be available on the day of the tournament

• The tournament will go on, rain or shine

• There will be shelter and seating available for guests of the contestants

• Each contestant (or their guardian) will sign a waiver form before they can participate in the tournament

• Teams of 4 will disperse upon completion of registration (you will be paired up with others)
